Finance management

The finance service as its name indicates ensures the management of CABTAL’s accounts. It is present in all three regions: The Great North (Maroua), the Great French-speaking South (Yaounde) and the Great South (Bamenda).

As role, we help in the development of projects by reassuring us that the budget is consistent and well presented. After approval of the budgets by our financial partners, we receive funding for projects and ensure that these funds are available in all the regions and localities for a good execution of our activities. This point refers to the management of cash both in the banks and our cash boxes.

Added to the above, we also ensure the collection, verification of saved documents and processing the accounting data. The software used for the processing of the accounting data is ACCPAC.

Furthermore, we ensure the inventory of CABTAL office material and we make available to our managers and partners financial reports that are essential for them to make good and relevant decisions.

In the area of training, we also train the different project managers to understand and use financial reports. We also train our local partner in projects to have a basis for proper management of funds and assets they receive for their project.
